LOL, I have Clinique's Gentle Light Loose Powder and it has light reflecting specs in it as well. I wore it this Summer, with the Foundation. I think the little light thingys make the skin look radiant and beautiful. But I'm just not lucky enough to pull it off in the winter
as for better...naw, probably not. Estee Lauder is some good stuff as well! I just made note of products I really loved.
