Anyone watch the Tangerine Bowl? Hardly any defense played in that game. NC State looked great against KU... Well.. it was KU but still. Rivers did pretty well. Will be a high draft pick.

I know how ya feel...
Andrews out I call B.S. on his excuse as do his teammates. He's gone because he couldn't pass 6 Hours of classes and withdrew midway through the semester.
Pierce Out Also Pierce would've been kicked off the team if he didn't declare anyway.
Thought we were gonna lose a few more last week, but they passed their classes and their injuries aren't too severe.

Georgia sure did play shitty in the 4th Quarter against and ok team but still won it in overtime. Least the season ended with a win and they probably end up in the top 10 in the final polls.
With the exception of Florida the SEC is doing quite well win wise this Bowl season, sorry Valkyrie.

Congrats to the trojans and their fans on a fine season and the national championship. Michigan was the best two loss team out there and the trojans manhandled them. Their offensive line had done so well each game but USC schooled them.

Ya'll played well. Unfortunately, I wouldn't consider Keith Jackson an authority here. There's even a pretty good chance that if OU blows LSU out, they'll pick up the majority of AP votes.
It is a guaranteed however that whoever wins the Sugar Bowl will in fact be the champions by the system that everyone agreed to.

The only one that counts is the BCS Championship... There is only 1 Crystal Football (ADT National Championsip) Trophy given out each year... And this year, it's comin' back home to Norman, Oklahoma, when the OU Sooners tie Notre Dame for the most National Championships ever.
The AP poll doesn't matter, and besides all the coaches are supposed to vote for the winner of the BCS Sugar Bowl as the No. 1 team in the nation...
By playing in BCS Bowls, you are bound to abide by their rules, and they say that either LSU or OU will be this years championship team...
And Michigan- I was rooting for you, which was hard, since I'm a Michigan State fan... and you let me down... Losers...

why doesnt the ap poll matter? if its so insignificant, then why does it calculate into the bcs rankings? does the ap not matter b/c suppose ur sooners do win, they might vote usc as the national champions? sounds more like bias then sound reasoning on that one.
and also, the coaches are supposed to vote for the victor of the bcs championship, but i would think if they believe that if they think that ou or lsu isnt the best team in the nation, then they might go ahead and vote for usc, i dont think pete carroll is gonna be voting for ou or lsu reguardless of who wins.....

Thanks. USC kicks butt and will be sharing the national title with either LSU or Oklahoma. That's just the way it is. You're obviously very biased....why? Your team didnt even win the title game....IMO they shouldnt be going to the Sugar Bowl at all.

When I read some of the posts on here, I wonder about some people's knowledge level of college football. It's as if you just come on to say, "My team is the best and your team sucks." That takes no talent or knowledge of football.
Are we not capable of being more mature about this?
