Jamie did look happy at school. The happiest she's looked all season. I'm glad she stopped stressing. She should drop Michael V. too. That kid is such a tool. Tommy cleaning out Ally's closet was funny. He really hates Ralph Lauren. I wonder if Ally will continue to work on the line.

I actually like Jaime. She really reminds me of my first sophmore year roommate.

And why isn't Ally going to college? Wasn't she an honors student?

Ally said that she wanted to take a year off before going to college. I believe that she is going to work for her dad during the year.

I get the impression that she didn't really enjoy school despite being an honors student.

And I also get the impression that most of the people in their crowd didn't go to college. They don't really need to -- so if they don't want to, why do it?

I started out the season loving Ally and hating Jamie but I've warmed up to her in the last few shows. She definitely looked a lot happier at college than she did over the summer.

As much as I complain about Jaime and Ally, I have to admit that I was a lot like them when I just graduated from HS. Minus the shopping sprees and jaunts to Europe of course.

I was so jealous watching Jamie move into the dorm--it made me wish I was still in school! Everything was so new and exciting!

Ally may not go to college, but apparently she's been hanging around UM (Miami) a lot. I have yet to see her, but a lot of my zta sisters have. It's funny, Ally is down here, and Jaime is up at Barnard to annoy my Columbia friends

i live in miami also and didn't even her that she's down here but then again i don't go to UM?

btw, how is UM? i was going to go there 5yrs. ago but it cost too much for out of state? PM if you can tell me about UM

UM is great, but I don't blame you for not going b/c of costs. I'm in-state, so I got a lot of money from the state of Florida, plus I got the half scholarship, so it's costing me about $10,000/year. But anyway, I love the school

there are some people who party way too much, and it catches up to them. One of my friends had the same scholarship that I did, but she lost it cause she started doing drugs and drinking and going out a lot, so she kinda stopped going to class for 6 weeks. Can't say I didn't see it coming... I'm a rarity though. I may be in a sorority, but I rarely go out, lol.

as for the whole ally thing, the only reason I know she's been around here is because several different people on my buddy list mention her on their away messages, like what she's wearing, etc... and I found that pretty funny
