Yeah but it still has trans fats which are bad for you.
My favorite condiment is ketchup. It's good on burgers, fries, with chicken, if butter isnt available it's good on baked potatoes, meatloaf, the one time i regrettably tried shrimp it was good with that too(i'm deathly allergic to seafood as i have found out the hard way...........), it's also good with fried potatoes/home fries
