Poor Liz. This guy is really a jerk.
I suggest that you contact the landlord and tell him/her about this situation, if you haven't done so already. Get all of your things out of that house.
You can also call his parents and rat him out. That's how my friend handled her problem housemate who stole her and her housemates' mail and credit cards from the mailbox. The parents were so embarrassed and upset that they moved the problem out immediately and tried to compensate them. Luckily, the girl had never used the credit cards. My friend and her housemates told the landlord and the parents what had been going on. They all came to the house, had something like an intervention, and moved her out.
