Actually, the young lady standing behind Nikki
(the girl being crowned) is the current Miss Georgia (Andrea Lee Bailey). Andrea was the former Miss Savannah and passed the crown to Nikki when Andrea won Miss Georgia and had to give up the Miss Savannah crown to represent Georgia in the Miss America pageant that was subsequently won by Ericka Dunlap.
