Please! You are a spring chicken! You seem determined, so I'm sure that you'll reach your goal in no time. As far as supplements go, I took Metabolife back in 98/99 for a total of about 3 months (that crap is expensive). I lost 27 lbs. Since then, I've probably gained back 5. I was still eating 3 meals and 2 snacks, but the appetite suppressant in Metabolife really worked, and once I saw the weight start coming off, it made me want to stick to it. I started making healthier choices, and to tell the truth, healthy food just tastes better. It's lighter and everything. I digress. Find an exercise regimen and stick to it. Make it fun. Find a partner. You'll be successful.
