okay, so seafood, alcohol, alcohol, sweet and spicy food...got it...
i can sautér some shrimp in a little white wine: seafood/alcohol
throw in some peppers and a tiny
pinch of cinnamon or brown sugar: sweet and spicy
spritz of lemon or lime, maybe some diced tomato, an sprinkle of herbs
pour the sauce over the rice, salad on the side
finish her off with strawberries and chocolate/creme and champaign.
sound good?
