Looking through the Protocol and Traditions Manual, there is no mention in regards to this issue (pg 10) only the stationery issue that we all seem to know (addressing of envelopes). Other than that, I haven't heard of this unless it is something that is goiong to be brought up at convention (isn't that where she said this would be addressed, dstbrat?)
