I was really excited when my sister decided to join a sorority. I never pushed her to join mine, but I did encourage her to consider joining a sorority--find the one that best fits her. I was so excited when she chose Alpha Xi Delta. I love being able to share it with her. Sometimes it gets hard having my biological sister in the same chapter because I am a senior and have done everything... and she is just learining everything...sometimes I will be advising her and teaching her as a older sister of AXID and she has taken it that I'm just being a pushy biological sister. I am so happy that my sister chose to join my sorority-- I hope that she will one day get as much out of Alpha Xi Delta that I have.
