Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought no one was supposed to know? We had no idea that the guy who dropped our house was pledging Sigma until he had his letters, and he said he wasn't allowed to tell anyone.
I should also ask Starang, the NPHC is the fastest growing council out here. Has Iota ever thought of expanding to SDSU, or do they have a metro chapter here? They were the only ones from the D9 who didn't step at the last show.
