Not actually at University of Kentucky, but they filmed "Seabiscuit" at a racetrack in the same city (Lexington). A bunch of my friends went and played extras in the racetrack scenes, and you can even recognize some of them in the movie. A PSP brother of mine had an actual part, but it was really small and it got cut and didn't make it into the movie.
