Mine has one ruby in each point and pearls the rest of the way around, with the pearl chapter guard to match -- my new Grand Little just ordered one exactly like it, too (minus the guard)! And one of our newest initiates just ordered one with 12 pearls and 12 sapphires in the points. I also ordered another one just as a gift to myself, with 3 rose sapphires in each point and CZ the rest of the way around (I'd get diamonds, but, uh, no). I can't wait 'til it gets here!!
I also already have the 150th anniversary guard waiting for it.
To be honest, the badge with 24 diamonds really isn't all that extra special. A few women at the last Convention had them, and I took a look at the ones I saw -- they didn't sparkle the way you'd expect them to, nor did they catch your eye from afar -- you'd really have to be told that someone's badge has diamonds around it in order to be able to tell.
