Ok...Mira Mesa is cool with me! I'm not sure exactly where the Applebee's in Mira Mesa is located - I know it's on Mira Mesa Blvd. somewhere. I also know that there is a Mimi's restaurant right off the 15 at Mira Mesa Blvd. in that new shopping center. PolarPi, maybe since you have the most important requirements, I will defer to you to pick the "winning" place.
Unless, of course, we want to do some non-food related activity. Though, I can't really think of any at the moment! I know there's an ice rink in Mira Mesa, but, please, no skating. I did 10 years of competitive figure skating......
(FYI - hanging out at the front gate of MCAS Mirarmar looking for Marines is probably a no go as well
