Get the school to put a notice on the Greek life section of their website - something to the effect of XYZ is an unrecognized fraternity, they were derecognized for disciplinary reasons and they are not sanctioned in any way by the school, IFC or Panhel. This lets parents and students know what is up.
If the alums of the national still own the house, definitely fill them in...more than likely, it's their asses that would be on the line if anyone ever decided to press charges.
