I don't think Beyonce and Justin should be considered as NEW. The same thing happened with the Grammy's and Jody Watley. I mean, if you have been in a group...YOU ARE NOT NEW!

1. Beyonce and Justin should not in competition with those who are truly "new artists". They have been in the music game for some time now.
2. Why do they feel the need to have both New Artist of the Year and R&B New Artist of the Year, with Beyonce and Chingy in both categories??
