sorry to crash...

Hey I am so sorry to crash but I wanted to say that I totally understand that whole unholiday spirit... my boyfriend's home got robbed on Monday and I totally don't want to give money or anything to the poor because whoever did it treated it like a store and just went shopping. Taking only "what they wanted" and not the really valuable items that they could have sold.

Speaking from a legal persective... you could (and may still be able to) press charges. You have witnesses that they were the ones to go back into the bathroom after you? That no one else was in there before them? Also she assulted you by hitting you, which even if the theft charges don't stick that will.

Don't let them get away with this because they will do it again to some other person and you need to teach them not to mess with people.

All you will need to do is go down to the police and file a report. The friend that hosted the party... was he present for any of this? You will need a witness other than you boyfriend because it will be your word against their word. So get as many witnesses to colaborate with your story, and be interviewed by the police.
