Badges on Ebay

grrrrrrrr!! I hate it when our badges are put on ebay. I hate to see any organizations badges up there. I was cruising through one night, and this guy was selling 5 different fraternity badges..........it really ticked me off, because I knew that guy wasnt in any of them most likely and was just trying to make a buck, and I believe he was sellign all five together as a set, which i found to be just wrong....it's all just wrong.

I understand there are collectors of theta badges and other fraternity badges out there that belong to their respective groups, but why put them on ebay ? why not sell them privately or something?

Ticks me off, too. All we can do is try to buy & retain our own badges when we can. Unfortunately, if the original owner of the badge did not care enough to make appropriate arrangements for this special piece, then I can't really blame the pin collectors.
