Chick fil A isn't on the list because for the most part, they are really clean. I consider them to be a grade above the average fast food joint. I worked at Chick fil A in Salisbury, NC and they were really really clean. I think it may be because they are very selective in who gets to own a franchise.
I have also worked at McDonalds, Subway, and Hardees. All were disgusting. Chick fil A was by far the cleanest.
