1. A.J. Johnson is really cut! I may need to cop that workout DVD that she has out. It is amazing that all of these women no longer look like the "typical" 30+ year old. I know that she is up there in age. Regina King looks nice also.

2. What the HAYLE does 3LW have on?

3. Kimora Lee Simmons is my girl.

4. Diddy will ALWAYS win the fashion award HANDS DOWN!

5. Eve looks like a bootleg majorette in that outfit. Her fashion sense is horrible most of the time.

6. Andre 3000 DEFINITELY deserves to play the role of Jimi Hendrix. He has that look down pat.

7. Shanice doesn't have to do anything else besides bust out all of Flex's babies, huh? They look happy. They seem to be the real thing, like Will and Jada.

COSIGN on all your comments RD!! Isn't this like Flex and Shanice's third kid??? I watched the awards (I know don't say it) but the local UPN channel here was messing up the transmission so I missed the first 15 minutes, including the Andre 3000 performance. I really liked Mary's performance, although they could have done without Eve, as well as Alicia's.

Now, HOW in the WORLD did these girls look inthe mirror and think to themselves, "Hey, we look GREAT?" They need to fire their fashion consultant, cuz these outfits are GARBAGE!!

I'm not really big on AJ's look. I don't know, maybe I expect for her to still look the way she did when my cousin went to school with her or when she came back to her alma mater to lead master classes or attend other events. I don't think it is an age thing either; there are several stars who have embraced this fitness pageant look (push-up bra tops, low-rider pants, dyed hair). I guess I just prefer a more natural, softer look.

I am a complete fitness fanatic and I still have to agree. I say this because although she looks "health" meaning she probably eats "right," exercises, etc., I can't help but think it also looks fake. Looking at her face, I see the LL Cool J syndrome/Vivica Fox (I still stand by my assertion that he has had work done IN ADDITI)N to the weight loss). She looks like she had work done. She was on her way in Baby Boy to the ultra buff/fit look but she has really done a lot. Abs look good, though.

They really caught Mary at the wrong time! With the belly over the belt. Not saying there is anything wrong with a roll, I got like three of them myself.

I agree. I thought he had too. I think I mentioned that in a post when his video for "Love You Better" came out. Looks like her (AJ) nose has gone under the knife.

Thanks RD. She was worried about my Grandmothers reaction to the Busta Video (the Jacuzzi scene) but after my Grandmother was like "all they showed was your back" she was ok. She didn't win. The lady from Jay-Z's "Excuse Me Miss" won. Thinking back she didn't have all her T & A hanging out either.

Not that I am in favor of someone winning an award for "appearing" in a video, but i have to make one point. Some of these women did not shake anything in the video. They were just the female featured.
