I missed the next Delta Delta meeting, and had to work during their next social.
But after thinking about it for a while, I decided that I wanted to look into other chapters in the area, mainly because Delta Delta doesn't do a lot of service projects (their only two are both during the Christmas season).
So, I got in touch with a woman from the Xi Zeta Eta chapter. She was so nice in her e-mail.
Their chapter has 10 women, and they do a lot more service projects, but also have fun socials too. I am going to give her a call this evening or tomorrow evening and see when their next meeting is!
Also, I am looing into Online Chapters. I filled out the info request form on the Beta Journal (what a wonderful resource page!), and so far I have gotten 4 response e-mails!
Just wanted to let my GC Beta sisters know what was going on with lil' ole' me.
