Carmen not crossing over

I do agree they should have done it soon, but i also think that if she wasn't "Zeta Material" she shouldn't have crossed either. I am pledge educator or Dean of Pledgees for my sorority this year. I would not cross someone who is not fit for the organization. Carmen's attitude this season was repulsive. I did feel bad for ther but I don't think she should have crossed either. Just because you get into the pledge program doesn't mean you will automatically become a sister. SOrry Carmen!!
