Watching and Biting my toung

I moved to Ohio last December and missed my chapter very very much. SO i got involved with the Epsilon Iota Chapter at the University of Akron. Let's just say that the advisor has some challenges. This was evident after both CFRs came up for a visit.

He doesn't want to hear new ideas and constantly cuts me off and limits the chapter.

I don't want to make trouble so i probably won't be around as much as i would like . It saddens me because the organizations are there to help and try to do as good a job as they can...i feel they are not encoraged enough, though.

I guess there can be two extremes on that one. For the longest time with my chapter is was: "advisor, is that that guy that has to sign our paperwork?" Thankfully the situation is better now though.
