Why did you choose your screen name?

When I was a baby I was so "yellow" my family called me "Butter", as I grew older I wanted something a little sassier, hence buterscotch. I dropped the other "T" because the correct spelling was already taken and the "1", I was the first to sign in with this spelling

The screen names I use on other boards (Seeker, LiberatedQueen) were taken. I picked this name after re-reading Prov 31. This name describes what I want to be (I ain't made it yet!)--1 woman of virtue.

My uncle would always say that's a smart boy and at some point he started calling me Professor. Now I've come full circle - Professor is my line name and I am a former educator!

Probably, I know I also have used NRGRZRBUNY (the one everyone gets a kick out of), BUNNY773, and ROCKETTEVII. Now come to think of it, NO, I have only used OOHLALA on this forum!

i thought this was an interesting topic. i chose my name, hopefuljd because i am an optimistic person, and ofcourse, i am "Hopeful" that i will one day become a member of your wonderful organization. The JD stands for Juris Doctor,which pays tribute to the fact that I made it through the "hell" of law school.
