I am not sure why they're upset. I saw a photo of the house, and it was professionally done, and looked nice. I would much rather have a house in my neighboorhood professionally painted in someone's colors, rather than a run down eyesore with chipping pant, and three broken down cars in the front yard. If his neighbors wanted that much control over the homes in their area, they should have moved somewhere w/ a homeowners assoc.
