I have had Verizon for about five years and love their service. I would not change them for the world. I never have problems with customers service and they have pretty nice phones. I have my nights and weekend minutes free and can go to a local verzion dealer and drop off my payments.
A lot of my chapters sorors I know have sprint and from what I have gathered that their service is not good. They are always cutting getting their phones cut off and then they get charged for turning back on, then they have to pay two months inadvance etc. I cannot have that. I have sometimes forgotten to mail my payment and verizon has never ever ever cut off my phone off, not one time. I know a few people who have asked me why I don't changed to sprint for those sprint to sprint minutes, but trust me it is not worth it. Plus verizon has the same plan.
My mom also has verizon and has carried big balances and they have never cut off her phone.
