People as you know, get cut for the stupidest reasons!
I'd actually see it as a good quality. They are taking the chance at being rejected a second time (something that never feels good) for something that they think is important to them.
What's not to like about that? Unless you're worried about how other chapters will view you for taking a "tainted" Prospect (which I think is pretty shallow).
