I think the only time anyone (and I'm just speaking for myself and my own chapter) would have a problem is if a PNM went through rush once and pledged their house and then dropped it rather rudely...then the members of that chapter might not be pleased to see her back again the next year. But to be quite honest, I can't really remember the vast majority of the girls I saw go through rush, except the ones who were really really horribly extremely mean or nasty, but those are few and far between. I really don't see why anyone would hold it against a PNM if she rushed twice.
