I was working and of course all the Trick or Treater's PARENTS decided to bring them to the mall (wimps). The best costume I saw was this mother who was wearing one of those old fashion Southern Bell-type dresses with a parasol. VERY NICE! She said she owned it...so I wonder if she wasn't from the South. But anyways, I thought it was really beautiful and very unique.
Otherwise my favorite little kiddie costume still has to be the baby girls dressed in the lady-bug costumes
SO CUTE! I can't wait to have a little girl and dress her in that outfit someday!
