Because Kobe Bryant is already on trial for rape signifying it's not acceptable. The fact is you don't throw everyone and their mom in jail because some woman decides to cry rape. This lady not only has a history that can be used to establish the fact that she's unstable and lying, was seen afterwards acting as if nothign had happened by her coworker although claiming she was distraught, and also the latest evidence of another man's sperm. All that combined are good in helping paint a picture of this woman that could show that she is lying by the defense.
