Favorite Memory!!!

My favorite memory was when I sat with my sisters in my pledge class before big little and we were alls o nervous and excited, and yet each of us became so close and truly opened up to the other. it was freaking amazing-- i've never loved my pledge class so much!!!
Since then, i have a wonderful big, an even BETTER little-- and some of the most amazing friends (yes from that pledge class) that I could ever imagine. Each one will be at or in my wedding :-)

my favorite memory is from recruitment retreat this past august .. it was the first time i really saw all my sisters AS my sisters. it was literally one of the greatest weekends ive ever had. one of my fav. times of that weekend though is when we were all saying something about SigKap that meant something to us in this big circle, and i was sitting between my big and my best friend .. (minus my other best friend because she was a rho chi ) and it came to be my turn to say something, and so i was like my favorite memory is from last semester when i pledged ... see i was a spring COB pledge of 2003.. i had just moved here from NY and knew noone ... anyways - i was like i remember when i walked into the first COB event after almost a month of last talking to Liz, and she walked right up to me and was like MISSY!! its so nice to see you!! i was hoping to see you again! ... i could not believe that this girl remembered MY name after so long. it made me feel so good, that that night i didnt want to leave the coffee shop!! now liz is like my other half .. and my sorority is the BOMB

I have many favorite memories:

I told this one in the chit chat forum-

We do a philanthropy with SAE christams in April, we clean up and redo less fortunate people's houses. I had been working in the front yard and I took off my gloves and my engagement ring wasn't on my finger. I flipped out and told my sister brandi, who told everyone else. Every sister and every brother of SAE were on their hands and knees in the dirt looking for it. Brandi even called my fiance because I didn't want to tell him. The next day at our meeting all the girls had chipped in and my lovely sister Kim (who just had a little legacy on Saturday) bought me a new ring the same exact one (it wasn't that expensive). Turns out I found my ring in my room I had lost it even before I go to the event. I bought everyone cookies and went and thanked SAE at their meeting. I have never seen such sisterhood and brotherhood.

My saddest memory is between Order of the triangle or my last meeting as a collegiate.

I have lots more, usually I'm making an A$$ out of myself. Like the time I ran into a tree.

My favorite memory was when I was a Rho Chi and I was disaffiliated for the entire summer. Rush was really hard on me and I just wanted more than anything to be back with my girls! On Bid Day, the Rho Chi's got to run into our suites before the pledges did and the first thing I saw was my best friend in the chapter and she was crying even before I got there! I ran in and gave her a huge hug and we were both bawling and everyone else was cheering and crying and it was just a great moment to know that I had been missed that much!

Another great memory was after I dumped a ridiculous guy I had been dating, and this same awesome friend took me out and let me get trashed.
