I hope you have better luck with WW! It's a good system too, and does a lot in terms of teaching people about portion control and moderation. I would suggest doing a lot of reading up on the system, etc. first though, because you apparently yo-yoed on this diet previously (lost the weight, gained it back) and you don't want to spend your money on something that won't have long term results.
I didn't pay for any one diet plan when I lost my weight, what worked was reading about ALL of them, and trying to push it into something that could work for my life.
And being active. Really, really active.
Are you working out? Because it is much easier to say no to cheesecake when you know it will sabotage that hour of work you just put in on cardio!
Don't stop posting about your progress.

Thanks lovelyivy!! 'Preciate it! I do work out, but I want to become MORE active. I had to cut the gym because I couldn't afford it any more, so I do TAE BO. Now, that's a great way of working out, but I prefer getting out and going to the gym. It makes me feel better. Yeah, I lost weight using WW, but gained it back. I think the difference now is that I'm ready for the lifetime change. This isn't temporary for me any more, you know. So I will keep you posted on my progress because I'm gonna do that dang on thing!
