Washington University in St. Louis has deferred recruitment. I also know that among schools not mentioned yet, Purdue U. does recruitment like Indiana (with a period in the fall and spring). And I'm almost certain Emory U. in Atlanta does deferred as well.
A good place to check out more schools with defferred formal recruitment is to look at the national Delta Gamma website (
www.deltagamma.org/). They have a listing of when all of their chapters do formal recruitment.
