I love to ice skate! I took lessons for a couple of years when I was little at the skating rink that used to be in the local mall but is now a food court. My daughters take lessons now.
Dionysus: remember to lace the skates tightly around where your foot meets the ankle and then looser at the top of the boot. That'll give you the support you need so that your ankles don't start to ache but it won't be so tight that it makes your feet numb
