Do you have a favorite Chicken Shack?
My vote is for Harolds or Eat and Run here in Chicago. Why, because it's as close to my grandmothers fried chicken as I ever had.

Stroud's pan fried chicken. It's close to home and they're not stingy with the servings.

There was this place called "Wangs n' Thangs" down the street from my school that was pretty good to me.

However, Last year they changed the name to "Chitlins n' Thangs" (Why?)

P.S. Yes that is how they spell it.
