Cara, definitely PM me. When I was working with the administration to get Panhellenic recognized, our proposal was to make the College Panhellenic Council a recognized committee of FSC. That way we would be able to reserve rooms for meetings and formal recruitment as the "FSC-Panhellenic Committee."

Each sorority would continue to retain its own vote at FSC, but we were shot down well before we ever got around to discussing whether the committees would have a vote or only a voice. Obviously, my preference would be to have each committee--IFC, NPHC and NPC--have a vote.

The way things are now, the locals outnumber the nationals and they don't follow any risk management policies. So they vote to do activities that our headquarters won't allow us to participate in. It automatically creates a division in FSC. Maybe if each of the committees got a vote, it would even things out a little bit. At the very least, it would require the locals to *listen* to our side of things and understand why we can or can't do certain things.

I can't wait to hear updates about how this proposal progresses.
