Atkins was working great for me over the summer, when I had lots of time on my hands.
When I'm in school, I live out of my car and eat out of vending machines because I basically have no time. Atkins went by the wayside really fast.
I'm going to start Weight Watchers soon to lose some weight for the wedding, and I'm going to get back to the gym. Hopefully that will be a much easier plan to follow with my crazy schedule.
