Does anyone have a problem with Tia and Duane Martin's character dating while he is still married?

On a related note, for some reason I was glad she left him and it wasn't for something like him cheating. Don't ask me why. Did Sheree leave Will and did he and Jada hook up that fast? Seems like I heard she was supposed to be his "friend" first, but I'm not sure.
