I haven't heard anything about TNX yet...I've been so wrapped up in our recruitment. I know TNX made a strong show at freshman orientation encouraging girls to come out.

Eta Kappa will not evacuate...the house is ready though. Supplies have been bought and they have a plan...if electricity goes out then all memebers have to sign in and out if they leave the house...they also have to have a 24 hour fire watch since the fire alarms will not be working and candles will be lit all over the house - thank Goodness that we just finished recruitment and we now have tons of candles!! So far we have just had hard rain and strong winds..it's supposed to get worse as the afternoon comes...

I'm staying at my boyfriends place until it all blows over....this sounds so horrible for a college student to say, but I REALLY HOPE we have school tomorrow so we can have bid day!!!

Then there are friends who sail together, through quiet waters and stormy weather. Helping each other through joy and through strife. And those are the kind who give meaning to life.
