Try Isagenix
Hello Ladies,
I have to say that it is about a lifestyle change. If you are serious about losing weight, but even more serious about maintaining it I would suggest the product that I use. My mother is who first turned me on to it. I went home to see her Christmas 2005 and she was small! I was like umm what did you do? I started the day after Christmas 2005 and by February of 2006 I was 40-45 pounds lighter. I haven't gained even when I have weeks where I do not stick to eating well as much. It is a cleansing program to help you get the weight off and once you do that you just do the maintenance program or cleanse once a month. I was a 11/12 now I am a 6/8 (well if you don't count the breast...lol) My goal is to be a solid 6 maybe grab a 4 every now and then, by Boule! Its beyond possible with this program.
Don't be alarmed at the price! Do the math we spend more than that on eating out and replacing clothes we can't fit anymore.

I'm down 5lbs and I'm still working out five days a week -- an hour of cardio and thirty minutes of strength training. It's coming off slowly but I feel so much better. I'm going to do a cleansing like AKAnka suggested though.

Congrats ladies!!!
I love coming in here and seeing all the success. I thought this would be the perfect place to ask a question--I did South Beach last fall (thanks for the idea rhoyaltempest! i saw you talk about it in this thread) and lost about 15 pounds. I know it was mostly fat because my body definitely shrank and I dropped a size (shirts AND jeans ). Well, I fell off the wagon, but the weight didn't come back. Instead of yo-yoing back and forth with that Phase 1, I decided to just try to eat healthy and exercise (which I wasn't really doing before), so I've been doing 30 min. cardio 4 times a week for the last two weeks and I've gained 5 pounds. I've been losing inches according to the tape measure, so that's good, but I can't explain the weight. And if one more person tells me muscle weighs more than fat, I'll scream--I highly doubt I've gained 5 pounds of muscle in 10 days. Any suggestions? I've been drinking water like a fish, so is my body holding onto that?

Hard to say. I think the only way you can truly know what you've gained and/or lost is by having your % body fat taken. That way you can see if you've gained fat. The more water you drink, the less you retain.
I always say focus on the tape measure and not as much on the scale. I mean, is it possible to gain fat and lose inches? I don't think that's possible, but I'm no expert, so I can't really be sure. Where are you doing your cardio? If at a gym, maybe you could ask somebody there? Then come back and give us the answer, lol.
