HI There,

Glad to see you're keeping an open mind about the houses you like. and of course I'm especially glad to see Phi Sig in your top choices.

As for who has voice, I can't really say this is the same in each chapter but after seeing how some of the chapters here in California do it and how we do it they seem to operate on the same lines. In my chapter each sister has a voice and a vote - all are equal, and that seems standard with any chapter. However both the President and Recruitment chair in my chapter do not have a voice or vote unless absolutely needed. I have been at another chapter where the MRC was able to voice her opinion but didn't vote and another one where she voiced and voted. I suggest just getting to know the sisters as much as possible in the short time spans you have with each house.

Also, don't forget to check out each National Website and even the Chapters website if they have one (although you've probably already done this)

The biggest thing of all is to just try to relax and enjoy the whole recruitment process.

Can't wait to see your threads,
Carolyn
