Ohio State is 2-0 but dropped to #3 in the polls (behind Miami) after having trouble with San Diego State. It was a rough game to watch but at least we won. the bucs better step it up if they hope to beat NC State this weekend.

Well here we have me coming back from a long break and a topic I am definately in extreme like over.
First thing Can My beloved Sooner Offense Do anything. Let's hope cause a D can't win every game.
Ohio State i will bet money no repeat performance. In fact no Big ten title. Shared big ten title maybe but doubtful.
Florida State ACC champs again and a Bowl Win. You heard right Brother Bowden will do well this year as coach and the grumblings will cease.
Thats all for now.

Ye of little faith...
Recall the Sooner offense took a few games to get the running offense going last year -- even with Q. I'd say we're doing pretty damned good. Bama held OU @ OU to -23 rushing yards last year. The yards gained on the ground @ Bama were respectable. The run game didn't work so well vs. North Texas because they were selling out to it (see passing yards).
Fresno State should be interesting. Decent offense, mediocre defense. The spread is OU by 27.
You have to admit, that D was awesome vs Bama though.

ive watched both their games and i think their offense is HORRIBLE and their defense is pretty good. they have held their own, but when the offense sucks, there is only so much you can do.
the starting qb for fresno state is out, so we have to settle for this jackass grady who is in 10th year as backup. he is terrible.

Fresno State will lose.
The bottom line comes down to the offensive line being able to block for our sorry-ass stooge back-up Jeff Grady. This will not happen, these guys are so young and inexperienced that any upperclassman on the OK defense will eat them alive. It's still very early in the season and the line still needs to get a few games below their belt before they can effectively protect the QB and open up some holes for the running backs. I believe our only true hope in this game is for the defense to force some turnovers and score early to get a huge momentum shift in FS favor.
Bottom line For Fresno State:
QB Grady- Can't work under pressure, and OK's Defense has been seeing him all week in practice thanks to Tommy his little brother who is the scout team QB.
RB Davis ICE COLD, thanks to poor blocking and play calling in my opinion.
Recievers, are not a threat due to Grady.
Line, Disgusting.
Defense, Good but bruised and tired from carrying the team through Oregon State.
Special Teams, Bread and Butter.
Prediction OK 34- FS 13
* If Pinegar were healthy we may have an actual shot at an upset.

Michigan. Alabama. Those are the two teams I would like most to see in National Championship. I hate Tech. I refuse to cheer for the Hokies, whatever that is anyway, just because they're twenty minutes from here. They can kiss my ass.

I know it's taken out of context, but I couldn't resist.

For those who don't know that is Pitt, yes, they have a couple fluff teams but the end of there schedual is harsh, and I think they are going to do SO WELL!!! Texas A&M will be there first real test in a couple weeks, followed by ND, WVU, Syracuse, BC, VT, and Miami. I hope we beat VT and Miami, stupid ACC....
Pitt 1-0 so far

I seriously doubt it. After Maurice Clarett got his ass suspended, I don't think the Buckeyes will make NC State nervous. with no running game available, It's going to be a struggle. I want the Buckeyes to do well this season, but in reality, I don't see it happening. It's a 5-6 record for them.

Since my husband loves those HURRICANES... I have to favor him...
However, my brother is a UCLA alum--and he thinks he's Rose Bowl bound...
But I work at UW--and the Huskies think their hot!!!
Soooo, I dunno...
I just wanna go the Florida Classic with FAMU and BCC...
