Oh, don't forget that there's usually an accident on that section because either a) someone tried to switch over at last minute and clipped someone or b) someone didn't look before merging and clipped someone.
Since that's the only point where I-4 and 408 connect and it's a one lane connection area (kinda hard to explain unless you've seen it), when there's an accident, traffic will be backed up for miles. The biggest road in Orlando will be at a standstill for about 3 hours. And, since people in Orlando don't understand the concept of moving an accident to the shoulder of the road instead of leaving their cars sitting in the middle of traffic, traffic can be backed up all the way to the UCF area (which is a good couple miles away from this interchange). God I love Orlando!
