Britney usually doesn't bother me but this interview just got to me. Two of the news anchors were making fun of her chomping down on her gum.

OMIGOSH! thank you so much for saying this. I saw that interview and first, what was with the wig? second, what was with the gum smacking on live television. she seemed so young and immature to me. was she high or "nice?"
I could not take her seriously and she was annoying the hell out of me. I am a closet brit fan, but she obviously was not taught how to be interviewed. and i thought her comment on bush was vague and "safe," considering the backlash that the dixie chicks received for giving their honest opinion.
