For those of us who "pledged" whether it was in the traditional sense or not(b/c in our hearts we know)it's difficult to see women coming into our organization without ever having experienced a variation of what we did. Unfortunately we no longer joke about who "went harder", but rather "who got over" and its disappointing to say the least.
