As a local, I'll tell you what has been told to me. Basically after the Silver Bridge fell he simply disappeared. People say he's been at the TNT plant ever since and some say he hopped on his spaceship and flew away. *shrugs* Here's another tidbit that'll make you cry, when the bridge fell there was an ambulance on the way to the hospital w/a woman in labor

Do some research on Point Pleasant..it's quite interesting. Back in the Civil War (I think that was the time period) Cheif Cornstalk placed a curse on the land so it would not grow and prosper as it should. From that time on it has a HORRID economy, people continue to leave and well...by now it should be huge, but it's a ghost town of sorts. Funny thing is, right across the river in in Gallipolis we're thriving. Funny things those curses are
