Did you ever see Serial Mom? In the movie, Kathleen Turner took out Patty Hearst because she was wearing white pumps after Labor Day. The murder scene followed a fight during which Ms. Hearst said, "Times are changing! That rule is archaic!"
The entire movie is a total parody of suburbia, and very funny.
I suspect some of our more "proper"
GC-ers would do the same thing.
