Set 1-Day 2
Ok, here's how it went today. I'm having a GREAT time and can't wait to see who I go back to tomorrow! Again in the order of how I liked them:
Plum: This is chapter is amazing!! I totally felt at home with all 4 of the girls I talked to. I had so much in common with all of them and I loved how each of them knew so much about their sisters, and were telling me how I had stuff in common with them. They were super nice and I really want to go back
Pear: This was the last house I went to, so I was really tired, but they totally perked me up! It turns out 2 girls I went to high school with (but didn't hang out with) are in this chapter. Everyone was really enthusiastic, and made me feel right at home.
Kiwi: I had some preconceived notions bout this house, but they didn't really match up with who I met. All these girls were so gorgeous and so friendly. The first girl that rushed me was super down to earth and nice. A couple of the other girls spent more time talking to each other than me, but they were talking about something I had brought up, and it didn't last long. I would be happy going back here and talking to more girls.
Peach: Again, I knew a little about this chapters reputation around campus, but 2 of the 3 girls didn't fit that at all. One of them lives off campus down the street from me! They were really nice.
Orange: This houses door song/routine was really original. I really didn't click with any of the girls that talked to me, and one asked another rushee I was with where she was from twice in, like, 5 minutes. The conversation kind of draged, but they were really friendly, and you could tell they were really trying to move the convo along.
Banana: this is the house I've liked the least so far. They are a really small chapter and I only got to talk to one girl the whole time. She was really nice and the conversation moved along quite well, but I couldn't really see myself there.
So that 's it! Tomorrow I go back to a max of 8 chapters. I'll find out tomorrow morning who they are. I'm really excited to talk to several of the chapters again, especially Plum, Grape, and Pear. Tomorrow is Philanthropy day and I will be wearing khaki capris with a lace flower cutout on the back, lower, right leg with a black v-neck t-shit and beige sandals. Alright time to go to sleep now.

It's sad how people get the complete wrong impression of all the chapters during recruitment! To hear my chapter called "conservative and quiet" is so ironic. That's totally not us!! Anyone that knows us at all knows that we know how to have a good time and that some of us are the loudest chicks. You just have to live here to know how freakin' loud the AZ AXO's are!

Aaah, that happened to me once during recruitment last year, it was so embarassing! I was talking to this girl, and it was maybe the 6th party on the second day of Icewaters (making her like the 20th girl I had met in two days...) and I had JUST asked her what she had done during the summer, and I asked her again. She just kind of looked at me, and I apoligized for being kind of scatterbrained - I felt so bad! We sort of laughed it off, but I think she cut us - I never saw her again!
