You could write down everyone's name in alphabetical order on a sheet of paper (these would be the givers) and also put all the names in a hat (these would be the receivers). Go down the list on the paper and pull out a name to match with each. 
Edited: And if you match two people from the same school, put the name back and draw again. If that doesn't work just match by hand!

UGA gal I am going to use your idea. This is what I'll do. I'll send the address, age, and status to the sister who is giving the present. I won't send the name or chapter so it will be a secret to the giver and the receiver then when everyone has their gift I will tell all! My gift will probably take the longest to get there and maybe less DG related unless I can quickly get something off of ebay. However I may put some interesting German related items in mine! LOL Or i may not! This is going to be so much fun!

edited to add: I just realized the state on the addy may give it away. oh well!
