I heard about this, this morning. Trying to lie and put the blame on someone who is no longer here to defend himself.
Although, this does bring up the much BIGGER issue of coaches/alumni recruiting potential players with the "illegal hook-up" so that they will come to their school to play ball.
College ball is a big nasty business.
But that's a topic for another thread.
